Class Description:

A circuit training based class that gives every participant the opportunity to maximize the toward achieving their fitness goals  All muscle groups are challenged in each session.  

The combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts and fitness education make Boot Camp very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
