GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
CARDIO
KICKBOXING

Saturday - 9am-10am
Punch, kick, bob and weave your way to a higher fitness level. A total body workout combining kickboxing and MMA techniques, focusing on cardiovascular endurance and core training.
CARDIO SCULPT

Tuesday - 5:30pm-6:30pm

Interval training that involves a series of low to high intensity workouts interspersed with rest. The intervals are typically at or close to an anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of a lower intensity.
ZUMBA

Monday - 5-6pm

Wednesday - 6:30pm-7:30pm
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
YOGA

Wednesday - 5pm
Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness, increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress, relaxes the mind, centers attention, and sharpens concentration.
