Class Description:

Vinyasa flow incorporates breathe and movement with postures to energize your day.  Sequence will vary with a basic structure to create comfort and ease to your practice.  Designed to strengthen your body and mind while providing a total body workout.  

Yoga is a discipline which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’. The goal of yoga is to bring perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature.

The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome.  Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.
